Yes, we offer international shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination. For orders over €99 in Italy and €199 within the European Union, shipping is free.

Damaged or incorrect items
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We are committed to resolving any issues quickly. If you receive a damaged item or one that is different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately, providing your order number and photos of the issue. We will take care of resolving it as soon as possible.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns only for defective or damaged items during shipping. The return request must be made within 10 days of receiving the product. Send your return request to info@joshila.it with photos of the damaged order, the order number, and the refund request.
The product must be returned in the condition in which it was received and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive the product, it will be inspected. If the defect is confirmed, the refund will be processed within 30 days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
