Refund policy

We accept returns exclusively for defective or damaged items during transportation. The return request must be made within 10 days of receiving the product.

Please send a return request to info@joshila.it with photos of the damaged order, the order number, and the refund request.

The product must be returned in the condition it was received and within its original packaging. The costs related to return shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the product is received, it will be inspected. If the defect is confirmed, the refund will be processed within 30 days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
